As a first-time homebuyer, my initial brush with realtors led me to believe "well, I guess this must be a necessary evil". When it became clear that our relationship with our current realtor wasn't working, my wife suggested we contact Paul, after recalling a seminar he gave on buying farm property a few months back.
From the beginning he made us feel very comfortable by not presurring us to jump on this property or that property just to make a quick commission. In fact he was extremely patient as we dragged him from one place to the next as we continued to refine and redefine exactly what we were looking for, always encouraging us to take our time and not offer unless "it really felt right".
When we finally found the right property, he had such a grasp on how to negotiate with the seller that I coulcn't believe this was his first sale. In any case, we were very pleased with the price he ended up getting for us, and all the support he gave during the closing process. At all times I felt we were in very capable hands and never had acause to question any of his judgements.
So, in summary, we were delighted to work with Paul and are very happy with the property he found for us. I would gladly recommend Paul and DreamDrafters to any of our friends looking for property.
