Nancy Palmer has been in the real estate business since 1990. She worked for a traditional real estate company her first 11 years, and helped both Buyer's and Seller's. In 2001 she opened her own office and began serving Buyer's exclusively. She has always felt Buyer's needed better representation during the purchasing process. Her negotiation skills, common sense approach and desire to help
all Buyers, including first time home-buyers has made her successful through the years. Nancy is proud to have helped hundreds of Buyers with the purchase of their homes and continues to make dreams happen one client at a time.

Madeleine Tessandori lives in Everett with her husband Tony and daughter Elsa. Prior to moving to Washington, she lived in Los Angeles California, but spent most of her young life growing up in Sweden. She has a Bachelors Degree, and being Swedish / Mexican-American sparked Madeleine's interest in Anthropology, so she went on to obtain her Masters degree in that field also.
Madeleine's occupational background prior to Real Estate was Retail, Airline Business, Insurance, Education and Research. Now Madeleine has found her niche working as an Exclusive Buyer's Agent. As an Exclusive Buyer's Agent she has an avenue to help Buyer's find the right home while educating and guiding them through the process. She finds this to be a very rewarding professional endeavor as she helps Buyer's realize one of their major dreams, the goal of home ownership. Madeleine speaks both Swedish and some Spanish.

Paul Campbell has been a farmer and educator most of his life. He is excited about helping Wannabe farmers as well as low and middle-income buyers achieve their dreams. Paul is holding seminars for Wannabe Farmers every third Saturday of the month at 2:00 PM. A tour of Jubilee farm will be included in the seminar.
Paul and Kathy have lived in the Northshore Communities of Bothell and Woodinville for 34 years. They have three children, Andrew, Marnie and Joanna. Paul was raised on an Organic Farm in Idaho and has grown organic vegetables and flowers for almost 20 years in Woodinville.
